Do I ?
Register
with the Practice If you live in the practice
area (see map) we will normally be able to register
you. Please ask at reception for an appointment with
the nurse or doctor for a new patient appointment. Please
bring any medicines and health information you have.
We will ask you about your medical history and do a
brief medical examination, please bring a specimen of
urine, bottles can be picked up from reception.
Change
my name, address or telephone contact number
It is important we have up-to date contact details for
you in case we need to contact you. Please either let
reception know or follow the link. Please check to see
if you still live in our practice area, if you have
moved outside the area you will need to register at
a practice that covers your new address. Cumbria PCT
(01228 603500) will be able to assist you with this.

Sevices
Make
a Complaint We aim to give a friendly and
professional service to all our patients. However if
you have any concerns about any aspect of our service,
please let us know. In the majority of cases, concerns
can be resolved quite easily. The Patient advice and
Liaison Service (PALS) can often give advice. Please
ask for details of our complaints procedure if you want
to make a formal complaint.
Pay
a Compliment Everyone who works in the
surgery tries very hard to help and support our patients.
In particular our reception staff have a difficult job.
We are pleased to hear about and learn from things we
do well. Alternatively a message can be left for the
