- Respiratory disease including asthma
- Liver disease
- Heart disease
- Lowered immunity due to disease or treatment
- A previous stroke
- If you are the main carer for an elderly or disabled person
- If you work with poultry
- If you are pregnant
it is strongly recommended that you have a flu vaccine. Our vaccines will be delivered in late September, and we are offering the following open sessions:
Kirkbampton Village Hall
Wednesday 28th September 8.30am – 11.30am
Kirkbride Village Hall
Saturday 1st October 8.30am – 11.30am
Port Carlisle Bowling Club
Tuesday 4th October 11.00am – 2.00pm
These sessions are all supported by the Patient’s Group, and will include free tea, coffee and biscuits.
If you are unable to come at any of these times please contact reception on 016973 51207 to arrange a suitable time: there will be some appointments available for vaccinations, but please note that there will not be any open access sessions at the surgery.
Seasonal flu vaccines need to be given every year- even if you have had one before, it will not protect you against flu this winter.
