NORTHERN FELLS DEMENTIA ACTION ALLIANCE
Life can be difficult for people with dementia and their carers – and as the population ages, more people are affected by this.
To help explain and inform people of what impact this has on individuals and their families, some awareness raising sessions have been organised across the area.
