Our flu clinics were busier than ever this year and we would like to thank our Patient Participation group and additional volunteers for supporting these clinics.
If you are over 65 years of age, have a long-term condition affecting your health, are a carer for a vulnerable person/people, are pregnant or otherwise qualify for a free NHS flu vaccination, please contact us to make an appointment with a nurse for your flu vaccination.
Patients over 65 years or under 65 with other chronic conditions may also be eligible for a pneumococcal vaccination – this is generally a one-off vaccination.
Patients over 70 years and under 80 years may qualify for a shingles vaccination which protects against this painful condition.
