Call 111 now if you’ve been:

•to Hubei province in China in the last 14 days

•to Iran, areas of northern Italy in lockdown or “special care zone” areas in South Korea since 19 February

•to other parts of mainland China or South Korea, Thailand, Japan, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia or Macau in the last 14 days and have a cough, high temperature or shortness of breath

•to other parts of northern Italy (anywhere north of Pisa, Florence and Rimini), Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos or Myanmar since 19 February and have a cough, high temperature or shortness of breath

•in close contact with someone with confirmed coronavirus

Do not go to a GP surgery, pharmacy or hospital.

Call 111, stay indoors and avoid close contact with other people. 

DO NOT VISIT THE GP SURGERY.

Missed Appointments

In January 2020, there were 39 doctors or nurses appointments lost because patients failed to turn up or notify us that they could not attend.

Even if you find you cannot attend at the last moment, please let us know as we can quickly fill the slot.

39 appointments represent over 9 hours of clinic time – and 39 other patients who could not be seen.

If you would like automatic appointment reminders, please make sure we have an up to date mobile number for you and that you have told us that  you consent to receiving SMS messages.

Coronavirus Update

If you have travelled from China or have been in contact with someone confirmed as having Coronavirus in the last two weeks, you may be at risk of Coronavirus

Please do NOT leave the house.

Instead, ring 111 if:

• You have been in China in the last 14 days and develop cough, fever or shortness of breath; or

• You have been in Wuhan or Hubei Province in the last 14 days or have been in contact with someone confirmed as having Coronavirus, even if you feel well
