Following Dr Swan’s retirement, her patients have been moved onto the list of another of the GP practice partners.
Patients with surnames A-L have been moved to Dr Smith’s lists
Patients with surnames M-Z have been moved to Dr Hewson’s.
In practical terms this makes no difference; patients can book appointments with any of the GPs – with the exception of on-the-day urgent appointments. These urgent patients will always be seen/triaged by the on-call duty GP.
