NHS North Cumbria CCG is commissioning more mental health and wellbeing support from Togetherall (previously known as Big White Wall).
It is already used across the UK, including south Cumbria, and is now available for all residents aged 16+ across north Cumbria from August 5 2020. It provides safe, anonymous online support 24/7.
The service is designed to help people get support, take control and feel better. It provides 24/7 peer and professional support (with trained healthcare professionals online at all times), plus a range of wellbeing tools to help people self-manage.Learn more by clicking on this link…
