*From January we will have 3 types of appointments:


Routine – for medication reviews, discussion of results, less serious matters.


Urgent – for more serious matters.


Emergency – only for problems which could result in serious harm if not dealt with that day.

We will monitor appointment numbers and requests to ensure a fair service for all.
